Studio.

The studio on the top floor of the building provides a space for designers and visitors to make and display their work.

The different sized spaces, divided by circular shapes, serve different purposes. The larger spaces allow for crafting and the movable tables provide more space for movement. Smaller spaces are used for display and discussion, with bespoke hooks and counters providing designers with a better and more varied display.

/ Inclusivity + Sustainability.

As the tallest building in the nearby community, the White Bay Power Station provides a good view of the surrounding environment. Including street view and harbor view, which makes it have a good natural light and view.

Adequate natural light can provide sufficient power for the solar panels.
